Shipping & Destinations :

No Minimum Order : Delivery charges vary by postcode and calculated size and weight and will be applied at checkout.

*Free delivery is not available some parts of Scottish Highlands , Scottish Islands , Channel Islands. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout phase.

Delivery Timescale :

All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched same day.

UK Mainland : 24/48 hours

Scottish Highlands , Northern Ireland , Republic of Ireland , Channel Islands and Offshore Islands within 3 - 5 working days.

No orders are shipped on the weekend.

Europe - 10 Working days.

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is given to us when you place your order. Any changes once an order is received or dispatched may incur additional costs.

We don’t accept “unwanted goods”.

Any returns will be the customers responsibility.

Images are for illustration purposes and can vary as product art works can change. If unsure of description it is the customers responsibility to call and check descriptions prior to ordering.

Cancellation : All orders can be cancelled with full compensation up until it’s ready for dispatch.

Once the order dispatch from the warehouse we won’t be able to cancel your order.

If an item of stock is unavailable at the point of shipment, we maintain the right to dispatch the rest of the order and can issue a credit for shortages without correspondence. Where possible, we may contact you to offer a replacement. If viable, we will dispatch stock and send remaining items when available.

Payments :

Ordering : Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pound Sterling (GBP). There is not minimum order value. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Order Reference numbers. It is the customers responsibility to add their VAT registration number (where applicable), and that they are legally entitled to use said registration number.

Payment : We are accepting payment via PayPal only.
